Bradley Walsh was left completely unable to continue filming The Chase after one bizarre question sent him into uncontrollable fits of laughter.
The presenter’s hilarious meltdown was featured in a special bloopers edition of the ITV quiz show, showing just how difficult it was for him to get through a seemingly simple question.
Bradley had barely finished reading the question when he lost it.

The question asked: “What animal was reportedly used to lay cables around Buckingham Palace for the broadcast of Charles and Diana’s wedding?”
As soon as he reached the end of the sentence, Bradley erupted into laughter.
He briefly managed to regain his composure, but before he could even read out the possible answers, he started laughing all over again.
“OK, let’s try it again,” he said, attempting to pull himself together.
Unfortunately for Bradley, the second take was hardly any easier.
He was in hysterics and had to re-do the filming of the question
Although he eventually managed to read the question without breaking down, his composure disappeared the moment the three answers appeared: a mole, a ferret and a badger.
The presenter immediately burst out laughing once more.
And the joke continued when Chaser Shaun Wallace selected mole as his answer.
Still struggling to contain himself, Bradley declared: “It just gets better and better. That is comedy gold, that is comedy gold. That is absolutely comedy gold. That is without a doubt a show on its own, that question.”
The bizarre moment became one of those unexpected Chase bloopers that proved just how easily Bradley can be caught off guard by an unusual question.

The hilarious clip came after another playful moment involving Bradley and his position as host of The Chase.
On one occasion, comedian Joe Pasquale briefly appeared to replace him at the beginning of the programme, immediately turning the situation into an opportunity to poke fun at Bradley.
“Hello, and welcome to The Chase. I’m Bradley Walsh, TV’s luckiest man. And once again, I’ll be asking questions I can barely read – let alone understand,” Joe joked as he opened the show.
But Bradley was not prepared to surrender his presenting duties for long.
He soon returned to his familiar position after calling “cut” from the directors’ chair and apparently encouraging security to get Joe off the set.
Bradley then quipped: “Yes, it’s me, the real Brad. And I’m not really the director – they only let me sit in the chair if I promise not to touch anything.”
Between his unexpected on-set antics and his inability to get through the infamous mole question without laughing, Bradley once again provided The Chase viewers with plenty of comedy away from the quiz itself.
