“I BELIEVE WE ARE GUINEA PIGS IN A HORROR GOVERNMENT EXPERIMENT:” Villagers in Kalachi are collapsing into unexplained comas at any given moment, waking upp with total memory loss, and the terrifying reality leaves experts completely baffled

The Sleeping Village

The “Sleeping Valley,” the name of a remote village in Kalachi, located in northern Kazakhstan, has been plagued by a mysterious illness: all its inhabitants fall into a state of drowsiness and can sleep soundly for days on end.

Many people have had to leave the village to start a new life with a clear mind.

Some doctors examined the villagers and discovered an excessive accumulation of liquid gas in their brains, leading to brain dysfunction. However, the source of this substance remains unexplained.

The strange village was always deserted because most of its inhabitants fell into a deep, slumbering stupor for days on end.

It took four years for scientists to discover the reason for this phenomenon.

It was determined that the cause of the drowsiness in the village was radon gas, which had accumulated in a Soviet-era uranium mine near the village. Although the mine’s radiation levels were no longer dangerous, it still produced a colorless, odorless gas that caused people to feel drowsy and then fall asleep.

The villagers could still hear the voices of those around them but couldn’t open their eyes or react.

The prolonged sleep was something no one in the village wanted. However, they couldn’t control their sleep and would fall asleep while doing anything. Some people slept so long that their relatives thought they were in a coma and took them to the hospital. But after examination, they showed no signs of any illness; they were simply sleeping.

After waking up, many people experience temporary amnesia, manifested by an inability to remember what happened before. The sudden onset of drowsiness and resulting lethargy causes considerable difficulties for the local people in their daily lives.

The cause was determined to be radon gas, which originated from a mine located near the village.

Besides memory loss, those experiencing prolonged sleep durations of 3-4 days or even a week also suffer from hallucinations, headaches, fatigue, and increased libido in adults.

The drowsiness can occur at any time in people of all ages, and even in animals like dogs and cats.

Some villagers believe they are victims of… aliens or are part of “horrific” government experiments.

Lyubov Belkova, a 60-year-old woman, is considered the first resident to suffer from this strange illness since April 2010. Since then, she has relapsed seven times for unknown reasons.

The people were taken to the hospital in a state of unconsciousness and exhaustion.

It took four years for science to discover the true cause, when it was found that excessive amounts of liquid gas had accumulated in the brains of the local people.

Initially, Belkova was diagnosed with an ischemic stroke, but soon after, a series of other villagers also experienced similar symptoms, and drowsiness quickly became a widespread ailment throughout the village.

Currently, local authorities are considering a plan to relocate the entire village because they cannot address the root cause of the radon emissions.
