A Tipping Point contestant became convinced the famous arcade-style machine was working against him after repeatedly failing to shift a pile of counters.
John, from Leeds, was competing on the ITV quiz show in the hope of winning the £10,000 jackpot when he began questioning whether there was something wrong with the machine.
Ben Shephard welcomed John and fellow contestants Tom, Nikki and Katherine onto the latest episode, with the pharmaceutical distributor eventually making his way through to the final.
But earlier in the game, John had his sights firmly set on a large collection of counters that had gathered at Drop Zone 2.
Despite making several attempts to send the counters tumbling, the pile stubbornly refused to move.

After another unsuccessful attempt, John began to suspect the machine itself might be responsible.
“Does it always stick at number 2?” he asked Ben.
The presenter was quick to dismiss the suggestion, insisting that the problem was more likely to be John’s timing.
“It’s not the drop zone, John. I think it’s your timing, to be honest,” Ben replied.
The exchange quickly amused Tipping Point viewers, who took to Twitter to react to John’s frustration.
One viewer wrote: “John questions the machine working.”
Another joked: “John knew magnet man was against him.”
A third commented: “Ben’s not entertaining John’s drivel.”
John Walks Away With £2,450
Despite his earlier struggles with Drop Zone 2, John managed to navigate his way through the competition and reach the final.
However, when faced with the decision over whether to gamble for the £10,000 jackpot, he chose not to take the risk.
John ultimately walked away with an impressive £2,450.
His accusation that the machine was working against him may have provided one of the episode’s funniest exchanges, but Ben remained adamant that the outcome came down to timing rather than any fault with the famous machine.
