Bradley Walsh has experienced plenty of uncontrollable laughing fits on The Chase, but one memorable contestant left the host struggling to compose himself before he had even faced the Chaser.
Danny, a 20-year-old railway worker from Essex, quickly caught Bradley’s attention with his confident personality and Cockney accent, prompting viewers to compare him to EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.
The moment escalated when Bradley asked Danny what he planned to do with any money he won.

Danny revealed that he wanted to take six or seven of his friends on a lads’ holiday to Amsterdam.
But his explanation of why he wanted to visit the Dutch capital immediately sent Bradley into fits of laughter.
Danny said he was interested in seeing the city’s “tulips and windmills,” before making it clear that girlfriends would not be invited on the trip.
His swagger and delivery proved too much for Bradley, who struggled to stop laughing as Danny continued explaining his plans.
Viewers were equally entertained, with some praising Danny as one of the most memorable contestants to appear on the programme. One viewer even described him as the “best contestant on the Chase for years,” while another called him a “top geezer.”
A Controversial Decision Against Shaun Wallace

He added that he’d take “six or seven mates” but would impose a girlfriend ban.
Danny had already earned £3,000 during his Cash Builder when he came face-to-face with Shaun Wallace, better known as The Dark Destroyer.
Despite his successful opening round, Danny decided to accept Shaun’s minus £1,000 offer — a move that immediately divided viewers.
His gamble ultimately failed.
Shaun caught Danny during the head-to-head, eliminating him from the competition before he could reach the Final Chase.
Even so, Danny appeared to leave an impression on the Chaser. Shaun jokingly described the young contestant as “a cad.”

Although Danny’s appearance ended earlier than he had hoped, the episode still finished successfully for two of his teammates.
Miranda and Anne survived their encounters with the Chaser and eventually secured a £12,000 prize to share.
For many viewers, however, it was Danny’s brief appearance — and Bradley’s inability to keep a straight face while listening to his Amsterdam plans — that became the episode’s standout moment.
