The famous rapper Megan Thee Stallion (MTS) is taking strong legal action to ensure she receives the full amount of compensation from blogger Milagro Gramz, despite Gramz’s repeated complaints about her dire financial situation.
The situation arose when Milagro Gramz filed legal documents requesting a temporary stay of execution of a $75,000 compensation order against Megan while awaiting an appeal. Gramz claimed she currently lacked the financial means to pay the enormous sum.

Immediately, Megan Thee Stallion’s legal representatives launched a fierce counterattack. Gramz’s legal representatives requested that the judge outright reject her request. Notably, Megan’s lawyers argued the opposite: Gramz’s repeated claims of “not having money” were precisely the reason the court compelled her to post a full bond before proceeding with further appeals.
According to Megan’s side, this bond is the only fair measure at this time. It acts as a “lifeline” ensuring Megan will receive the money if the appellate court upholds the original ruling. If Gramz reverses the decision and wins, she can receive the bond back from the court. Therefore, claiming poverty cannot be used as an excuse to evade legal obligations.

Furthermore, the legal team of the “Savage” singer pointed out that Milagro Gramz has not presented any convincing evidence showing she has a chance of winning in the upcoming appeal trial. Therefore, the requirement to post bail, encompassing the entire fine plus interest and other related costs, is entirely reasonable.
Previously, a federal jury sided with Megan Thee Stallion, sentencing Milagro Gramz to $75,000 for defamation and libel. The blogger had repeatedly posted false information targeting Megan following the shocking shooting scandal involving rapper Tory Lanez. The case continues to attract significant attention from the global hip-hop community.
