MEGHAN MARKLE SHARES A RADIANT GLIMPSE OF HER NEW CHAPTER — BUT THE TIMING JUST DAYS BEFORE HER REPORTED UK MOVE IS WHAT HAS DRAWN ATTENTION

Meghan Markle Teases a Fresh Chapter Days Before Major Family Move

Meghan Markle has offered a glimpse of something new just days after reports emerged that she and Prince Harry are preparing for their biggest family change in six years.

The Duchess of Sussex, 45, shared a beautifully filmed Instagram video on Monday, showing her walking through a sunlit apple orchard while hinting that a new project is on the way.

An Autumnal Hint From the Orchard

Meghan wore a sleeveless black midi dress with brown boots and a cream knit draped loosely over her shoulders. Carrying a large basket, the mother of two wandered between the trees before reaching up to pick apples from the branches.

Close-up shots showed her basket overflowing with freshly harvested fruit. The video then faded to black as the As Ever logo appeared on screen.

Meghan did not explain what the apples would be used for, captioning the clip simply: “A little hint of what’s coming,” alongside an apple emoji.

The timing has attracted particular attention because Meghan is reportedly preparing to leave her daily life in California, at least temporarily, and return to the UK with Harry and their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.

Although the orchard setting appears to suggest a seasonal As Ever product, the brand has not confirmed what the new offering will be.

A New Chapter for As Ever

Meghan launched As Ever in 2025, building the lifestyle brand around her interests in food, entertaining and creating small moments of beauty in everyday life.

She has increasingly become the face of its social media campaigns, appearing in videos focused on cooking, gardening and hosting at home.

Earlier this month, Meghan featured in another As Ever reel while making an ice cream sundae with the brand’s blackberry spread. A previous summer campaign showed her walking through a garden with a basket filled with apples, tomatoes, carrots and artichokes.

The latest video, however, focuses entirely on apples. It may indicate that an autumn-inspired product is coming as As Ever enters its first fall season following a major expansion of its range.

Meghan may also soon be managing the growing business from a very different base.

Harry and Meghan Prepare to Return to Britain

Reports emerged last week that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are preparing to move to Britain with Archie and Lilibet later this month.

The relocation comes six years after they stepped back as senior working members of the Royal Family and eventually settled in Montecito.

The family is expected to live in a private, non-royal residence outside London. Archie and Lilibet have reportedly been enrolled at a British school ahead of the new academic year in September.

The move is not understood to signal a return to royal duties. Harry and Meghan are expected to continue living as private individuals while maintaining their professional and charitable work.

It also remains unclear whether Britain will become their permanent home. The couple reportedly plan to remain in the UK for an extended period but have not decided exactly how long they will stay. Their children’s school placements were said to be among the factors influencing the timing.

Their Montecito property is expected to remain part of their lives, meaning Meghan may divide her time between Britain and California as she continues developing As Ever.

A Possible New Chapter With the Royal Family

The move could also mark a new phase in Harry and Meghan’s relationship with the Royal Family.

King Charles was informed of their plans before the news became public and is understood to welcome the opportunity to spend more private time with his youngest son and grandchildren.

An important step toward rebuilding those family connections had already taken place in July, when Harry and Meghan brought Archie and Lilibet to meet the King at Highgrove. It was the children’s first meeting with their grandfather in several years.

The visit followed Harry’s repeated comments about wanting his children to know his home country and family.

Their return will not change the couple’s position within the monarchy. There are currently no plans for either Harry or Meghan to resume duties as working members of the Royal Family.

For Meghan, the relocation also raises questions about how As Ever—currently shaped by a distinctly Californian lifestyle—will evolve if its founder begins spending significantly more time across the Atlantic.
