Prince Harry has been brutally dubbed as the “desperate duke” by TalkTV presenter Kevin O’Sullivan in a scathing takedown over his recent loss against the Daily Mail. This comes just days after Harry, 41, and the other claimants of the High Court privacy case were told that they are liable for the legal costs, which are worth almost £34.5m.
Speaking of Harry, he said: “The dim Duke now faces the grim prospect of a personal Bill adding up to more than two and a half million pounds. That’s $3.3m in America and getting on for $5m Aussie dollars. Can he afford it? Can he hell.”
He then added that Harry is reportedly turning to singer, and fellow claimant in the case, Elton John to “pick up the tab”.
Mr O’Sullivan said: “The runaway royals’ bright idea to tap into the rocket man’s vast wealth was swiftly extinguished like a candle in the wind. Word is that Harry and Elton’s bruising battle to bash the British press has taken a terminal toll on their once close friendship, leaving the desperate Duke with no one to turn to for financial help.”

Prince Harry to face major test – it could mend relationship with Prince William
Prince Harry could be just months away from a major test that, if he passes, could just see him mend his relationship with his estranged brother Prince William, royal reporter Jasmine Carey writes.
The duke, who quit royal life six years ago, tends to visit the UK in September so he can carry out charitable engagements, with the main one being the Wellchild Awards. Whether he ends up finding his own accommodation or accepting a bed in a royal residence could define his future with the Royal Family.

Prince Harry’s Royal Family plot could be ‘nightmare for William’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s attempts to carve out a “half in, half out” role in the Royal Family could prove to be a “nightmare” for Prince William.
TalkTV host Mark Dolan branded the suggestion a “nightmare” for Prince William, who is not thought to be on speaking terms with his brother following years of estrangement.
Broadcaster Sarah Louise Robinson told him on his morning show that the “half in, half out” model was expressly banned by the late Queen Elizabeth II before her death, but may not be so strictly enforced by the King, who has more of a “soft touch” approach.

Prince Harry urged to do 1 thing if he wants to reconcile with King Charles
Prince Harry has been urged by a royal expert to do one thing if he wants to reconcile with King Charles.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said: “It begins with rebuilding credibility. That’s something only Harry can do, and it takes time, consistency, and discretion.
“Reconciliation has always depended less on who advises the King and more on whether Harry can convince his family that history won’t repeat itself.”

Prince Harry dealt devastating King Charles blow after huge palace announcement
Royal insider and author Lady Colin Campbell has warned that theresignation of King Charles’ long-term aide could spell bad news for Prince Harry.
The Duke of Sussex was critical of Sir Clive Alderton in his memoir Spare, naming him “The Wasp”, but could take an equally harsh view on Theo Rycroft, the man rumoured to be his replacement, Lady Campbell said.
“All Harry is going to need to do is hear no from Theo Rycroft four times before he decides he’s the latest enemy, and so that’s going to inevitably happen,” she added.
“Harry would like to believe that his father and his grandmother would love to do whatever he wants, but they are prevented by mean, horrid members of staff.”

Prince Harry ‘hated’ one thing about royal life – it was always clear
Prince Harry is said to have “obviously hated” one major aspect of his life as a royal, according to an expert.
Richard Kay, editor-at-large of the Daily Mail, said the “heir and spare” dynamic likely took its toll on the Duke of Sussex.
“[It is] a little bit cruel,” he said. “Yes, Charlotte and Louis are spares as it were, like Harry. He obviously resents the heir and the spare thing.
“I remember how Diana, for example, complained to the Queen Mother when Queen Elizabeth would always put Prince William next to her because he was the important one.”

Expert issues verdict on Prince Harry’s future in the Royal Family
Prince Harry will face major challenges ingratiating himself with the Royal Family after severing ties with members of the Firm including Prince William, according to a commentator and author.
Christopher Andersen, who has penned multiple books about the royals, warned that William has “no interest” in building bridges with the Sussexes.
“He is still peeved at his brother and has no interest in welcoming him back into the royal fold, but he isn’t cruel,” he added.

Prince Harry ‘hoping to convince King Charles to appear at Invictus Games’
Prince Harry is hoping to convice his father to appear with him at the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham, reports suggest.
A source told The Mirror: “Harry’s intention is two-fold. He would love the King’s support at the Games, while having his father by his side would also add considerable weight to his argument for security for his family to accompany him on the trip.”
Another added: “Next year is a big deal for Harry. He is determined that the Birmingham Games will be the best ever, and it would mean the world to him to have his father there.”
