Lindsay Clancy trial live updates: Mom meticulously tracked psych meds and her mood before murders of her 3 kids

Accused child murderer Lindsay Clancy meticulously tracked the dosage of the psychiatric medications she took and her corresponding state of mind, writing them in a journal shown to jurors Wednesday at her trial.

Earlier during the second day of testimony, Clancy sobbed uncontrollably and clenched her attorney’s hand as her then-husband Patrick’s “horrific” 911 call was played for the jury — six minutes of audio from the gruesome scene as the dad discovered Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, strangled in the family’s basement with exercise bands around their necks.
The 18-person jury is scheduled to visit the Duxbury, Massachusetts home — where Lindsay also tried to kill herself after strangling her children — on Friday.
The labor and delivery nurse, 35, faces life in prison without parole if convicted on any of the three murder counts.
Defense lawyers have argued Lindsay Clancy is not criminally responsible for the killings because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis exacerbated by a dangerous cocktail of 15 psychiatric medications on the fatal January day, despite seeking mental health treatment for months.
Patrick divorced Lindsay after the murders, remarried and has a new baby, but has staunchly defended her, saying in a 2024 interview, “I wasn’t married to a monster. I was married to someone who got sick.”
Court has wrapped for the day, but keep reading to see new details and evidence pics from the Lindsay Clancy trial on Wednesday:
