Man City star Ruben Dias storms out of interview after Portugal’s World Cup defeat to Spain
MANCHESTER CITY ace Ruben Dias STORMED OUT of his post-match interview during a bizarre presser following Portugal’s tragic World Cup elimination.
Cristiano Ronaldo and co crashed out of the last-16 following a heartbreaking 1-0 loss to fierce rivals Spain, thanks to Arsenal ace Mikel Merino’s last-gasp winner at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas.

Dias, 29, started for Roberto Martinez’s side but saw his quarter-final hopes go up in flames against the reigning European champions.
And the intense frustration boiled over during the Man City centre-back’s post-match press conference when he took to the mixed zone to take questions from reporters in Texas.
According to journalist Zach Lowy, Portugal’s press officer – who appeared irate – demanded a Portuguese journalist to ask the first question.
Upon finding one, Spain ace Merino, 30, started talking at the same time close to his opponent’s stage.
Martinez resigns from Portugal with Cristiano Ronaldo’s old boss lined up
That angered Dias, who instantly walked away from the microphone without answering a single question.
The same source claims three Spain players spoke to the press after the Round of 16 encounter.
But only Portugal‘s departed hero Cristiano Ronaldo took questions after their heartbreaking defeat.
The result spelled the end of Ronaldo‘s World Cup pursuit with the Manchester United legend’s glittering career destined to end with him him never having won the esteemed trophy.
The Al-Nassr superstar got emotional after the full-time whistle following a tournament that saw many criticising his place in Portugal’s starting line-up at such an advanced age.
But the 41-year-old hinted he could still stay on for another crack at the Euros in 2028.
He said: “The truth is that it was my last World Cup, yes. But now I will have time to think, to be with my family and not to decide things with a hot head. And to continue with life.
“How do I feel today? The same. With a clear conscience. I gave my best. I have won three titles for Portugal.
