“AFTER YEARS APART… THE MOMENT FINALLY HAPPENED.” 👑❤️ — ARCHIE AND LILIBET HAVE REPORTEDLY SPENT TIME WITH THEIR GRANDFATHER, KING CHARLES Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have reportedly returned to the UK with Meghan Markle and joined Prince Harry for a private family reunion with King Charles and Queen Camilla—their first known visit together in Britain since 2022. The emotional gathering, said to have taken place at Highgrove, has sparked renewed discussion about the importance of family bonds within the Royal Family.

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet returned to the UK on Friday for the first time since 2022. Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five, flew to Britain with their mum Meghan Markle to join their dad Prince Harry in his home country on his latest visit.

Despite having arrived on Monday, Harry had not had a meeting with his father King Charles until Friday, when the family-of-four visited the monarch and Queen Camilla together. The private family reunion happened at Highgrove, and was completely private. While we may never know what was discussed or chatted about at the reunion, one expert has said that it will have been so important for Harry’s children to get to know the King.

This is because positive relationships with grandparents can really benefit a child’s life, including the “emotional security” they have.

Speaking exclusively to The Daily Express, Supernanny Jo Frost – global family expert and childcare specialist – said: “Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have had the opportunity to spend time with their grandfather, King Charles III, and Queen Camilla and I’m absolutely delighted.

“Grandparents play an incredibly important role in a child’s life. They offer children another layer of unconditional love, emotional security, family history, wisdom, patience & understanding with a sense of belonging.

“They help children understand where they come from, strengthen their identity, and create memories and traditions that can stay with them for a lifetime.”

She continued: “As a professional who has spent four decades working with families these connections aren’t just lovely moments they can contribute to a child’s emotional resilience, confidence and overall wellbeing.”

Frost also said that Archie and Liibet should not miss out time with their family as a result of Harry and Meghan’s “conflict” with certain royals.

It is not known whether the family saw any more royal relatives this week, however it is believed they have been staying with Harry’s uncle Earl Charles Spencer at Althorp,

This is where Harry’s mum, the late Princess Diana’s, resting place is, with the family expected to spend some time here.
