ALISHA Lehmann and her Love Island boyfriend Montel McKenzie have revealed they’re engaged.

Leicester City star Alisha, who is dubbed the world’s sexiest footballer, was left stunned when Baller League player Montel dropped to one knee on a romantic beach holiday.

Swiss-bornstriker Alisha, 27, shared photos of the romantic moment on Instagram today, along with the caption: “Forever & Always [heart emoji].”

Looking glamorous in a black mini dress, the blonde footballer brought her hands to her face as Montel, 28, asked her to be his wife. They celebrated with a warm hug and were pictured admiring Alisha’s new ring.

A raft of Love Island stars commented, with Nas Majeed writing: “My favourites [heart] congratulations.”

Biggs Chris said: “Jheeez congrats my guy.”

The pair previously sparked engagement rumours in May after visiting a jewellers together.

Posing side by side, Montel left a lock and key emoji hinting he was going to pop the question. However, a rep for the paid denied they were engaged at the time.

It’s uncertain whether or not Alisha had a hand in choosing the huge diamond on her finger in the engagement photos.

Alisha is the manager of six-a-side team MVPs United in The Baller League, for which Montel plays.

The couple went public with their romance in January and things have moved quickly.

A source previously said: “They hit it off straight away have been going on dates afterwards.

“Alisha has been flying him to her Como apartment for sneaky weekend breaks for a while now, I don’t think Montel could believe his luck.

“Everyone is really happy for them, although initially everyone thought it was going to be just a casual thing.”

Alisha was previously in a four-year relationship with Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz but the pair split last year.

They both completed transfers to Italian side Juventus in 2024, with Alisha helping the women’s side win Serie A.

Montel found fame on Love Island in 2023, coupling with Leah Taylor before being dumped from the show on Day 38.

He returned for a second shot at love on All Stars in January 2025 but only lasted five days.
