Kelly Clarkson’s kids were there to cheer her on as she brought her Las Vegas residency to an end.

The singer wrapped up her run at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday night, Aug. 15, with her children, 10-year-old Remington and 12-year-old River Rose, watching from the side of the stage.

A video captured by a concertgoer shows Clarkson closing the show with her 2004 hit “Since U Been Gone.” She wore a bright green sequin jumpsuit as she performed the final song of the night.

The camera then turned toward the side of the stage, where Remington and River stood alongside members of their mom’s team. The two helped throw guitar picks and ping-pong balls into the audience, giving fans a little something to remember the final night by.

“Thank you so much for supporting us,” Kelly said to the crowd. “We love you all for coming out. We hope it was some great escapism… Don’t spend all your money in Vegas, okay?”

It’s Rare For Fans To See Kelly Clarkson’s Two Kids

We don’t often see Kelly Clarkson’s children in the public eye, but they have occasionally shared special moments with their famous mom.

River has previously joined Kelly onstage for a performance, while Remington has also shown off his singing skills on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Their appearance at the Las Vegas residency finale was also one of the first times fans had seen the siblings publicly since their father, Kelly’s former husband Brandon Blackstock, died at 48 last year.

Following his death, Kelly chose to end her daytime talk show, explaining that changes within her family made her realize she needed to step back and make more room for them.

“Our family life, the dynamic changed a bit,” Clarkson said in an interview with Carson Daly. “And it has changed for a minute now.”

She continued, “I know everybody thinks, ‘Oh, she’s quit.’ I’m like, I still have other jobs, so I’m still doing stuff…there’s just too much on the plate. So I was like, you know what? It’s time to kind of pull back.”

Although her Vegas residency and talk show have both come to an end, Clarkson isn’t disappearing anytime soon.

She is set to return as one of the four coaches on Season 30 of The Voice next month. She has also recently released her first new song in more than a year, “I’d Be Lyin’.”
