Actor Faizon Love — best known for starring alongside Will Ferrell in “Elf” — is behind bars in Florida after being busted on a warrant for allegedly violating a court order.

The 58-year-old actor was cuffed Tuesday in Hillsborough County and hit with two counts of contempt of court, according to jail records reviewed by The Post.

Love, who has had previous run-ins with the law, looked haggard and stone-faced in his mugshot.

The “Friday” actor, who lives in Glendale, California, was allegedly charged in connection to a paternity case he is involved in, according to TMZ, which first reported the arrest.

He is being held without bond at Orient Road Jail in Tampa.

A rep for Love could not immediately be reached.

Love, who has also appeared in “The Replacements” and “Couples Retreat,” has a history of assault.

In 2017, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor for a caught-on-camera assault of a valet at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport in Ohio.

He was fined $500 and handed a 180-day suspended jail sentence.

Love was also accused of felony assault last year after allegedly hurling a credit card machine at a California hotel clerk’s head after she told him she couldn’t provide the room he had booked.

The comedian went berserk at the Sheraton Mission Valley in San Diego in August 2024 when a female clerk told him the room he reserved through a third-party app was not available and suggested he seek a refund, according to a criminal complaint.

Love ripped the credit card reader off its mount and chucked it at the staffer, slamming it into the left side of her head and breaking her glasses, police said.

The accuser filed a lawsuit against him, seeking damages for her medical bills and for the physical and emotional pain she says she suffered.
