Meghan Markle ‘spotted in the Cotswolds’ as Sussexes hit back at King

Meghan Markle was reportedly “spotted” in the Cotswolds during the family’s visit to the UK in July. The Duchess of Sussex made a surprise trip to the UK at the start of summer, visiting King Charles at Highgrove House with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, on July 10.
The family of four have since returned to live in the UK, with news of their plans announced last month. Although the exact location of their new home is unknown, it has been reported that the Sussexes are now living in the Cotswolds.

The former working royal’s outing then sparked speculation that the family had moved there.
Harry previously shared in his bombshell memoir Spare that he loved Oxfordshire, as did Meghan.
He wrote: “We thought we could move into Oxfordshire full-time. We loved it out there. The air fresh, the verdant grounds plus, no paps.”

The news of Meghan’s sighting comes after the couple responded to King Charles’s latest statement about them on Monday.
The King confirmed the couple’s current status following their move to the UK. It stated that Harry and Meghan are still “no longer working members of the Royal Family,” adding that it was issued to “help avoid doubt or confusion”.
Following the release of the statement, a spokesman for the Duke and Duchess has shared a response on their behalf. It said: “We were a little surprised not to have been told about this in advance.”
