Ben Shephard was left momentarily lost for words on Tipping Point after contestant Margaret confidently called him “Bob” in the middle of the game — before revealing the hilariously personal reason behind her mistake.

The unexpected slip came just after Margaret correctly answered a question. When Ben asked which drop zone she wanted to use next, she replied without hesitation: “Drop zone two again, please, Bob.”

Ben immediately pulled a face toward the camera and allowed an awkward silence to hang over the studio.
