Bradley Walsh Threatens to Walk Off The Chase After Shaun Wallace’s Bizarre Singing Leaves Him Speechless

Bradley Walsh appeared to reach his limit with Shaun Wallace during a memorable episode of The Chase, joking that he was ready to leave after the Chaser repeatedly broke into unexpected impressions and singing.

The chaos began with what seemed like a straightforward movie question, but Shaun’s unusual response quickly changed the mood in the studio.

Shaun’s Titanic Impression Catches Bradley Off Guard

Bradley asked a contestant: “How did director James Cameron describe himself at the 1998 Oscar ceremony?”

The possible answers were “king of the castle,” “king of the world” and “king of the road.”

The reference was to James Cameron’s famous Titanic line, but Shaun decided simply giving the answer wasn’t enough.

Putting on a high-pitched voice, the Dark Destroyer suddenly shrieked: “I’m king of the world.”

Bradley immediately picked up on the strange delivery.

“Was it Leonardo DiCaprio or Joe Pasquale?” he joked.

Shaun defended his impression, insisting: “That’s how he said it. Something like that.”

Bradley then attempted his own version before encouraging Shaun to stand up and perform it properly.

Then Shaun Starts Singing

The exchange could have ended there, but another question later in the game gave Shaun a second opportunity.

Bradley asked who had tweeted in December 2016: “If you thought 2016 was bad – I’m releasing an album in 2017”?

The choices were Cruz Beckham, James Blunt and Honey G.

Shaun once again adopted his high-pitched voice — this time launching into the chorus of James Blunt’s “You’re Beautiful.”

Bradley’s reaction was immediate.

Rather than joining in, he stared directly toward the camera with a completely unimpressed expression as the recently eliminated contestant began laughing.

“You Stay! I’m Off!”

That was apparently enough for Bradley.

Turning the joke back on Shaun, the presenter declared: “You stay! I’m off!”

Of course, Bradley wasn’t genuinely quitting The Chase. His mock exit threat was simply his response to Shaun’s increasingly bizarre performance.

But the contrast made the moment memorable: Shaun Wallace, normally known for his serious Dark Destroyer persona, had suddenly turned into the studio’s unlikely singer — while Bradley acted as though he could take no more.

What started with a Titanic impression had ended with Shaun singing James Blunt and Bradley joking that it was time for him to leave the show altogether.
