The Chase’s Bradley Walsh stunned by Anne Hegerty’s X-rated remark during teatime quiz
THE Chase’s Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty briefly halted the teatime quiz tonight – with an X-rated remark.
The general knowledge genius, who appeared on I’m A Celeb, even appeared to have shocked host Bradley Walsh.
It came after a The Chase contestant called Dylan explained that he worked on making animations for kids TV.
Anne , 64, told him: “Hello Dylan. Digital artist. Are you going to quiz… or touch me up after filming?”
The contestant didn’t reply, but the camera cut to Bradley looking shocked as he stared off set.

Fans reacted on social media, with one repeating her remark along with a clip from Carry On Camping and the words: “Matron! Take them away!”
However, appearing to be on the receiving end of some light flirting with from Anne – known as The Governess on the quiz – didn’t help player Dylan.
He did get a very generous cash offers – with £63,000 the high sum and zero pounds the lowest, which he went on to take.
However, he was caught and dumped from the show, leaving remaining players Ru, Karim and Rachel to face Anne in the final.
However, they didn’t make it with Bradley warning: “You’ve got to have a full house to beat the Chasers.”
The Chase is on ITV1 every weekday evening at 5pm.
