Baby girl and her parents killed after car crashed into trees are named as tributes paid following heartbreaking tragedy

AN ELEVEN-month-old baby girl who tragically died alongside her parents after a car crashed into trees has been named for the first time.
Little Aisha Camara was in a red Hyundai carrying five people as it left a carriageway in a horror crash in Derby, Derbyshire, on Saturday night.

Her parents, Abubacarr Camara, 36, and Isa Jaiteh, 30, both Gambian nationals, also perished after the vehicle came off the A38.
Aisha was rushed to hospital but sadly could not be saved.
The Gambia Welfare Society in Leeds hailed Abubacarr as a “dedicated servant of his community” in a touching tribute.
A statement read: “Our community in Leeds, especially the Sarahuleh community, has been struck by a devastating tragedy.

“We are grateful that the driver survived the accident, and we pray that Allah (SWT) grants him a full and speedy recovery, eases his pain, and gives him strength during this incredibly difficult time.
“Abu was a dedicated servant of his community, passionate about his Deen, supporting the new mosque, and mentoring young children through football.
“He will be remembered for his kindness, humility, and selfless service.
“May Allah (SWT) forgive them all, have mercy on them, grant them the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus, and give their families strength and patience during this heartbreaking time.”
An 18-year-old woman – who has not been named – also died in the horror smash, Derbyshire Police confirmed.
Cops have since arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after taking him to hospital with serious injuries.
Emergency services were called to a stretch of road between the A50 Toyota Island and the A516 in Derby at around 11pm on Saturday.
Cops said all five people were from Leeds, West Yorkshire, and their family members are being supported by specialist officers.
A police spokesperson said “Abubacarr Camara (36), Isa Jaiteh (30) and Aisha Camara (11-months-old) died following the crash.
“Abubacarr and Isa are the parents of Aisha. An 18-year-old woman who died in the crash has not been named.
“All four people were passengers in the vehicle.
“The driver – a 33-year-old man – was taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries where he remains today.
“He has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed.
“Anyone who witnessed the crash is urged to please come forward.”
