🎬 “‘THAT WAS PAINFUL.’ — JEREMY CLARKSON’S FIRST DAY BACK ENDED VERY DIFFERENTLY THAN FANS EXPECTED.” Viewers tuning in for tractors, farming disasters and Kaleb Cooper’s usual one-liners instead found themselves watching one of the most personal chapters Clarkson’s Farm has ever shown. Fresh from prostate cancer surgery, Jeremy Clarkson returned to the farm still dealing with the painful reality of recovery.

On last night’s episode, Jeremy, 66, returned to his farm and while driving his tractor, it bounced over the ground leaving him in agony.

Jeremy winced: “That was bloody painful…my anus,” as he proceeded to screw his face up.

The clip was filmed around 10 days after his surgery and showed Jeremy sharing details of his procedure with Kaleb Cooper.

Jeremy and Kaleb were seen communicating on a two-way radio, as the former The Grand Tour star told his pal: “I’m back,” leaving Kaleb chuffed as he exclaimed: “Jeremy! You’re back…I can see you.

The pair then shared a hug as Jeremy explained that he won’t find out if the treatment has worked until November.

Jeremy explained: “They do blood tests and things.

He added: “The only problem I’ve got, you know where the prostate is, I’m fine standing up like this and I’m fine sitting in an arm chair but if you’re in a chair that’s doing this,” as he flapped his hands up and down.

Kaleb asked: “It is a little bit touchy?”

Jeremy confirmed it has been incredibly painful adding: “If you have a wee in my condition, it’s accompanied by a high pitch scream.”

The moment was filmed in June last year, with Jeremy telling a shocked Kaleb and Charlie Ireland that he had known for a little while following a medical in May before having a biopsy.

The seventh episode then showed a graphic of a calendar on screen, with Jeremy’s operation marked in on August 4, 2025.

But just a month later, on September 10, brave Jeremy was up on stage accepting a National Television Award for the show.

Clarkson’s Farm won the Factual Entertainment gong, and Jeremy took to the stage at London’s O2 Arena alongside partner Lisa, Kaleb, Charlie and production staff.

In final episode of Clarkson’s Farm, it was revealed Jeremy then had to return to hospital just a few weeks after the ceremony in early October.

From his hospital bed he referenced how the series had started with him having emergency heart surgery in October 2024, saying: “So we started season five with me in a hospital bed and we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed.

“Some of the treatment has gone awry, lets say, I’m going to be here for a little while. I’m nil by mouth, I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Then with a piece of his iconic dark humour, Jeremy added: “What I wanted to say was if this is all successful I’ll see you for season six and if it isn’t I won’t. Take care everyone.”

Earlier in the episode, Jeremy discussed his cancer again while talking to Kaleb, Lisa, Charlie and Gerald Cooper.

Discussing their horrible year he said: “So we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer.

“We can dwell as much as we like on all the bad things that have happened on the farm but I think it is better now at the end of the year to focus on things that have happened that are good.”

Kaleb then asked him: “When will we know if the treatments worked?”

Jeremy replied: “I don’t know, I’ve got a blood test today, there’ll be a blood test and then we’ll know.

“Not for another few weeks. Come on cheer up, it probably did work.”
